SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive agreement between you and The Software regarding your use of the Website, and it supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and/or understandings relating to the Website. By completing the relevant purchase order forms, you can access or attempt to access certain products and/or services from the Website. However, TheSoftware cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these descriptions. CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally offers promotional prizes and other awards through Contests. By providing accurate and truthful information on the Contest registration form and agreeing to the Official Contest Rules for each Contest, you have the opportunity to win the promotional prizes available in each Contest. To participate in the Contests featured on the Website, you must complete the applicable entry form. It is important to provide Contest Registration Data that is true, accurate, current, and complete. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject any Contest Registration Data if it is determined, at the sole discretion of TheSoftware, that: (i) you have violated any part of the Agreement; and/or (ii) the Contest Registration Data provided by you is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise unacceptable. TheSoftware may modify the Registration Data criteria at its discretion, at any time.
LICENSE GRANT
As a user of the Website, you have been granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Website, Content, and associated materials as per the terms of the Agreement. TheSoftware reserves the right to terminate this license at any time and for any reason. For your personal, non-commercial use, you may access and use the Website and Content on one computer only. Moreover, you may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on TheSoftware’s infrastructure. Your right to use the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is non-transferable.

The protection of copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights applies to the Website, Content, Contests, Services, and all related aspects including content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software, and services. Any copying, redistribution, publication, or sale of any part of the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is strictly prohibited. Unapproved systematic retrieval of material from the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services using automated means or any form of scraping or data extraction is prohibited. No one may hyperlink the Website, or portions thereof (including, but not limited to, logotypes, trademarks, branding or copyrighted material), to their website or web venue without express authorization from TheSoftware. ‘Framing’ the Website and/or referencing the Uniform Resource Locator (‘URL’) of the Website in any commercial or non-commercial media without prior written permission from TheSoftware is strictly prohibited. You agree to cooperate with the Website to remove or cease any such content or activity. You acknowledge that you will be held liable for any associated damages.
MODIFICATION, DELETION, AND EDITING
The Website grants us the sole discretion to modify, delete, or edit any documents, information, or other content that appears on it.
DISCLAIMER FOR HARM CAUSED BY DOWNLOADS

INDEMNIFICATION

Any damages or losses incurred as a result of using or accessing these third party websites or resources are not the responsibility of TheSoftware.

TheSoftware is committed to taking all necessary measures to address and resolve such incidents through legal and equitable means according to the fullest extent permitted by law.
